Marketing Communications Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and people-focused Marketing Communications Assistant to help execute marketing campaigns, support communications initiatives, and contribute to community engagement programs. Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing marketing and communication plans for charity initiatives
Support campaign strategies, event promotions, and outreach activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, HR, and Management, to identify new engagement opportunities
Contribute to branding, advertising, promotional materials, and digital content for charity events
Support media relations, donor communications, and success story development
Help coordinate charity events, fundraisers, and community programs
Serve as an enthusiastic, professional representative of the charity at public events

Ability to work some evenings or weekends for events and promotions
Reliable transportation for travel to events (all travel reimbursed)
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Experience working with agencies or client partners is a plus
