Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights

  • Identify new strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and cross-functional teams

  • Support marketing initiatives designed to drive brand visibility and revenue growth

  • Provide product and service communication support to ensure accurate, consistent messaging

  • Contribute to branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional assets

  • Work alongside management on media relations, communications projects, case studies, and success stories

Entry Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • 0–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields — paid training provided for all entry-level candidates

  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as product positioning, pricing, promotions, research, sales, and distribution

  • Self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure

  • Experience collaborating with agency or client partners is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences
