Marketing Communications Assistant – Entry Level
This role supports company-wide marketing, communications, branding, and promotional initiatives. It offers paid training, optional travel opportunities, and a clear pathway into leadership and management for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights
Identify new strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and cross-functional teams
Support marketing initiatives designed to drive brand visibility and revenue growth
Provide product and service communication support to ensure accurate, consistent messaging
Contribute to branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional assets
Work alongside management on media relations, communications projects, case studies, and success stories

Entry Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
0–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields — paid training provided for all entry-level candidates
Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as product positioning, pricing, promotions, research, sales, and distribution
Self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure
Experience collaborating with agency or client partners is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences
