We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Assistant who’s excited to gain real-world experience in marketing, PR, communications, and nonprofit outreach. No prior experience needed—we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing communication and marketing strategies for nonprofit clients
Support community outreach campaigns, grassroots marketing events, and promotional activations
Represent nonprofit partners at local events, interacting with community members and communicating core messages clearly
Help prepare, organize, and distribute marketing materials, signage, digital content, and promotional assets
Contribute to social media posts, email communication, and community-facing messaging
Track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and assist with campaign performance reporting
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations and consistent brand communication
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polished, professional presence
